These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepUp Counter mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
KeepUp Counter lets you count ball juggles using your camera, record sessions, compete on leaderboards, and join private groups. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for content you create or share, including usernames, group names, and shared links. You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that violates others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Scores you submit may appear on public and group leaderboards alongside your username. We aim for fair play and may remove scores we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating or manipulation.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Purchasing Premium removes these ads.
The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Juggle counts are produced by automated on-device detection and may not be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
